Cabin Share II

There are only three of these large well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath Custom Style Log Homes. Each incorporates almost 2000 Square feet of living space with all the modern comforts. Two of these beautiful homes are perched on the mountainside and offer million dollar views of the Moreno Valley you won’t soon forget, while the third is nestled comfortably in a beautiful aspen grove surrounded by the forest!

Sun Lodge Condominiums

These twelve townhouse style units are approximate 1200 square feet with 2 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are two fireplaces, one in the Living room and one in the Master bedroom! Located just two blocks from the ski area, with a private outdoor Jacuzzi just a few steps away, these units are a skier’s dream!

Benefits

Most of our Listings include a membership to Angel Fire Resort, which will allow owners and their families half-price skiing, and half price golf as well as free use of the Resorts RV Park at no charge ... forever! The Ski & Golf benefit is no longer being offered by the resort with their new time-share product, Eagle Wing Suites, and there are no plans to include them in the future.

In Cabin Share I, Cabin Share II and SunLodge Condominiums the benefits are “Grand-fathered in” and are part of your deed. They transfer with ownership forever!
